A Brief Description
An Alexander Technique lesson consists of a simple yet challenging process: the student will be made aware of a harmful habit, learn to stop the habit, and then the teacher will encourage a new way of living without the habit.
The teacher will use the act of sitting and standing, laying down in semi-supine, or other activities of mechanical advantage to highlight the habits and support the new way of living.

Location: Lessons will take place in Sam's home studio in Nob Hill
Length: 30 - 45 Minutes
Rate: $60 per lesson. A sliding scale is an option if the cost is prohibitive.
